As new information becomes available regarding an incident then notes can be added by either the operator or handset user.

Notes Added by Dispatch Operator

While looking at the details of an Incident (below) you will see the button Add Note which is used to add a note to the Incident:


Clicking on this button will show a modal that allows you to add a note:

Once clicking Create Incident note the Incident we be displayed with the new note added.

Notes are ordered newest first.


Notes Added by Handset

While assigned to an Incident a handset user can also add notes to an Incident.

Hold the “Status” button to show an Incident history.

Click on the Incident you wish to reply to.

Press the “Update Notes” button.

Type in your response.
