James started his professional life as an officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Surface where he held a number of key leadership roles, including the communications department. Subsequently he held roles in the Police and Ambulance Services, before moving into industry where in addition to BroadNet he has commercial interests in Radio Broadcasting, Management Consulting and Event and Estates Management. James spends 1/3 of his time Volunteering for organisations such as the RNLI, The British Red Cross and HM Coastguard Search and Rescue.

Nigel was the Divisional Manager South UK Norwich Union Healthcare, moving on to Berkeley Morgan to help build the countries largest Brokerage for small businesses and individuals for Private Medical Insurance. He then went on to found Kent’s leading B2B mastermind helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their business. He joined BroadNet in 2019 to lead our sales effort into new market areas. Living in Kent, Nigel loves nothing better than travelling round in his VW Camper with his partner and attending quirky music festivals.

Since leaving school, Tim has spent most of his career operating at senior management level within the emergency services and government. Tim’s roles within the police, ambulance and government sectors, included Emergency Planning, Health & Safety as well as disaster management. Tim also works on several projects globally, including the prevision of equipment and training to the national ambulance service within St Lucia. Tim is married with 4 dogs and two horses, but his real passion is sailing around the Solent and afar on his boat.
